The VS Audio BlackBird Deluxe cleverly combines a Fender-type analog overdrive with a Bias-type tremolo. This electric guitar effects pedal is designed to perfectly reproduce the iconic grain of a Fender amp at the peak of its capabilities.
Expert guitarists will be delighted to take advantage of this high-tech nugget, capable of generating a wide range of sounds, from light crunch to powerful overdrive. A real model of natural compression, it offers a vintage and organic sound.
The bias tremolo remains the key factor of this pedal. Using MOSFET and JFET technology, it uses the bias voltage of the pedal's output stage to modulate the signal. This gives a much smoother, warmer and more natural sound than digital tremolos.

- The Era switch allows you to choose between two modes, Blackface '65 and Brownface '63. Blackface '65 mode produces a tighter, rounder sound, while Brownface '63 mode produces a dirtier, more compressed sound.
