Waves - eMotion LV1 Classic

The Waves eMotion LV1 Classic is a high-performance digital mixing console designed for live, monitoring and broadcast applications. Built around the Waves LV1 mixing engine, it combines powerful and precise processing, an intuitive and tactile interface, as well as advanced modularity that makes it perfectly suited to sound professionals.

At the heart of the LV1 Classic is a 32-bit floating-point mixing engine, offering exceptional clarity and dynamics. Capable of operating at 44.1, 48 or 96 kHz, it guarantees precise audio signal processing with ultra-low latency. This architecture also allows for seamless integration with Waves plugins, giving access to a range of professional processing directly integrated into the mix.

The user interface is based on a 21.5-inch multi-touch screen, offering intuitive and direct control over all the console’s parameters. Access to motorized faders, dynamic EQs, effects, and matrices is seamless, and customizable layering allows the console to be tailored to the specific needs of each mixer.

With 16 100 mm Alps motorized faders, 8 mute groups, and 8 assignable buttons, the LV1 Classic facilitates an ultra-responsive workflow and direct access to essential parameters. It also integrates the Dugan Speech Automixer for automatic microphone mixing in conference or broadcast environments.

The eMotion LV1 Classic is equipped with 16 Waves Signature preamps, developed to deliver transparent and detailed response across the entire frequency range. With 12 line outputs, an AES3 I/O, and 4 SoundGrid ports, connectivity is optimized for live and recording.

It can be networked with multiple LV1 consoles, and share the same stage boxes with up to 16 I/O racks, DSP expansions or audio workstations (DAWs). It is compatible with the IONIC 24 and IONIC 16 stage racks, offering Waves Signature preamps and high-quality audio conversion.
