Waves - Pack Extreme-C SoundGrid Server + Ext Card Yamaha

Designed for live sound engineers working with Yamaha RIVAGE consoles, this pack includes the Extreme-C DSP server, the WSG-HY128 expansion card, the SuperRack application and all the necessary cabling. The result? A complete platform for using Waves plugins directly on stage, with stability, precision and flexibility. Mixing takes on a new dimension, thanks to real-time processing with no perceptible latency.

With its 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor and 8GB of RAM, the Extreme-C server is cut out to handle heavy DSP loads without batting an eyelid. It is capable of running up to 300 compatible SoundGrid plugins simultaneously, with latency measured at just 0.8 ms. Housed in a robust, compact 2U enclosure, it can be installed on its own or as a duo in a standard 19" rack.

The WSG-HY128 card fits directly into the HY slots of Yamaha RIVAGE PM consoles, for seamless communication with the SoundGrid network. It can route up to 128 channels at 48 kHz (or 64 channels at 96 kHz) with a 24-bit audio signal, without intermediate conversion. Faithful, responsive playback, ideal for complex configurations on tour or in fixed installations.

Each channel can host up to 8 plugins, allowing ultra-detailed processing: dynamic equalisation, multiband compressors, reverbs, limiters, delays, stereo enhancers... The whole Waves arsenal is at your fingertips to precisely sculpt every nuance of your mix. The SuperRack software acts as conductor, with an intuitive interface and ultra-efficient snapshot management.

The pack also includes a Waves-certified 8-port network switch and three Cat 6 cables, ensuring a stable interconnection between the various elements of the audio network. The system is ready to use, with advanced redundancy features and network synchronisation via SoE (Sync over Ethernet), for continuity of service even in the event of a problem.
