The WORK SYNTHEA 4500 is the high-power model in the SYNTHEA range, designed for professional installations requiring a substantial power reserve and advanced audio management. Its four-channel Class D architecture delivers up to 4 × 500 W into 4 Ω, with the option to operate in bridged mode to provide two 1000 W outputs suitable for high-impedance 100 V line systems.

Thanks to its integrated matrix DSP, the SYNTHEA 4500 offers comprehensive audio signal management without the need for an external processor. Its internal matrix allows up to four mono inputs or two stereo inputs to be configured, with the signal then distributed to two or four independent zones according to the installation’s requirements.

The on-board digital processing provides a range of professional tools to optimise sound reproduction: 10-band parametric equalisation, LPF, HPF and BPF filters, as well as several types of crossover filters including Butterworth, Bessel and Linkwitz-Riley. These functions allow the system’s behaviour to be precisely tailored to the speakers used and the acoustic constraints of the venue.

The SYNTHEA 4500’s connectivity meets the requirements of modern system integrators. It features balanced and unbalanced analogue inputs, an S/PDIF digital link for connecting multiple amplifiers without conversion, as well as full control via standalone Wi-Fi, Ethernet and GPIO. Configuration can be carried out directly via its built-in access point, without the need to install any additional software.

With its 19-inch 2U rack format, modest weight and high power output, the WORK SYNTHEA 4500 is a suitable solution for projects requiring high-performance multi-zone sound distribution: retail complexes, public facilities, performance venues, conference centres or architectural installations.
