Yamaha's SBP2F5 Stage Custom Birch Matte Surf Green 22" is a 5-drum 6-ply birch kit designed for beginner and intermediate drummers. It includes a 22" bass drum, a 14" snare drum, a 16" bass tom and two 10" and 12" toms. The TH945B stand and Y.E.S.S. system ensure precise assembly and a natural sound.

With the SBP2F5 Stage Custom Birch 22" Set in Matte Surf Green finish, Yamaha once again demonstrates its expertise in drum building. This 5-drum set includes a 22 "x17" bass drum, two 10 "x7" and 12 "x8" toms, a 16 "x15" floor tom and a 14 "x5.5" snare drum. It uses 6-ply birch, a dense wood that promotes projection and a clean, balanced tone.
Every element has been designed to combine aesthetics, playing comfort and durability. The chrome-plated fittings, triple-flange hoops and low-mass Absolute shells provide real long-term reliability. The YESS suspension system, combined with the TH945B stand, ensures optimum support while allowing the barrels to vibrate freely.
The 45° chamfer and Remo heads contribute to a lively, balanced response from the very first stroke. The Surf Green colour is eye-catching, but not overpowering. This is a kit designed to accompany drummers as they evolve, from the rehearsal room to the stage. Yamaha has come up with a serious, high-performance and affordable solution, true to its heritage.
