Zoom has made a name for itself in the music industry with the great portable digital recorders it has been making for years.
The Zoom H2n is no exception, with its multi-channel recording capabilities, rugged body, built-in microphone capsules and options for mounting on a mic stand, boom or directly on a DSLR.
The H2n recorder runs on 2 AA batteries (included), giving up to 20 hours' autonomy (WAV recording in 16bit/44.1kHz mode), or on an optional mains supply.
A 3.5mm mini-jack input on the Zoom H2n allows you to plug in and power a condenser lapel microphone (not included), or accept a direct line-level connection from a mixing desk or wireless receiver.
Audio can be recorded using an SD/SDHC card of up to 32GB, or by plugging the Zoom H2n recorder directly into your computer via the USB 2.0 socket provided.
