Presentation
Designed to integrate seamlessly into an electronic music setup, the 1010music Bluebox is a digital mixing desk that combines mixing, routing, effects and recording in a compact format. It allows you to work with equipment such as Eurorack modules, drum machines, samplers and synthesisers, whilst offering independent control over tracks, outputs and effects.
Its touchscreen, physical controls and MIDI synchronisation features make it easy to make adjustments whilst working or performing. The Bluebox offers 12 mono tracks or 6 stereo tracks, with the ability to play back previously recorded tracks whilst recording new ones.
Each track features volume, gain, pan, mute, solo and a four-band equaliser, whilst reverb and delay have independent sends. The global compressor can help to even out the mix. To save your creations, the console records directly to a microSD card in 48 kHz/24-bit WAV format, either as a multitrack recording or as a main stereo mix.
Projects can be saved and recalled along with their track, output, EQ and effects settings. Compact and featuring a metal casing, it can be powered either via the mains or a USB battery for easy portable use.
