Altamira - M01 Macca Concert + Étui

The spirit of the M01 Macca Concert was born in the Spanish workshop of Altamira, a model that pays homage to the great traditional Maccaferri guitars. Behind its elegant lines and characteristic large mouth, we find an approach focused on acoustic responsiveness, projection and playing pleasure.

The selection of woods contributes directly to this identity. The solid spruce top provides a clean attack and a rapid response under the fingers, particularly appreciated for strong rhythms and articulate melodic phrases. The rosewood back and sides add depth and harmonic richness, with a sound that retains its definition even when playing becomes more dynamic.

The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard feel natural in the hand. With its 670 mm scale and 52 mm nut, the guitar retains the space and tension sought after in the Manouche world, while remaining enjoyable in technical passages and nuanced playing.
