Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar
Art & Lutherie Legacy Faded Black CW Presys II The Art & Lutherie Legacy Faded Black CW Presys II is a Concert Hall Cutaway acoustic-electric guitar born of the spirit of the bluesmen and folk singers of the last century. Presentation
The Art & Lutherie Legacy Faded Black CW Presys II follows in the direct footsteps of legendary bluesmen and traditional folk singers - this acoustic-electric guitar, handcrafted in Canada, has a vintage urban vibe etched into every inch of wood. The Faded Black semi-gloss finish evokes instruments that have lived, not those waiting in a display case.
The choice of materials makes a statement. The selected, pressure-tested solid spruce top is no random choice: each top has been validated for its ability to project sound and fill an entire room, without amplification if necessary. The Canadian wild cherry back and sides round out the spectrum with a deep warmth that anchors the sound in something tangible.
The Concert Hall Cutaway format is a trump card: narrower than a dreadnought, it favours midrange clarity and voice separation, while leaving the cutaway to open up access to the 20 highest frets. The silver leaf maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and 43 mm nut make for a neck that feels clean and direct, with that little bit of vintage feel that sticks to your fingers. The instrument's 631 mm scale and 4.2 kg weight make for a dense, well-balanced body, ideal for long sessions.
On stage or around the fire, the Godin electronics and Presys II preamp translate this sound without betraying it. This right-handed 6-string is the perfect companion for parties that start out acoustic and end up plugged in.
