Arturia - V Collection 11 Pro (licence téléchargeable)
A downloadable suite of virtual instruments, Arturia's V Collection 11 Pro brings together 45 musical machines under one software roof. It combines faithful vintage emulations, cutting-edge hybrid synthesizers, finely modelled acoustic keyboards and state-of-the-art sound engines. Designed for today's workflows, it integrates seamlessly into any production environment. Thanks to its polished interface, colossal preset library and real-time performance functions, it turns any MIDI track into an expressive playground for the inspired producer.
Presentation
The interface for each instrument in V Collection 11 Pro has been reworked to make it easier for you to tinker, without having to delve into an obscure manual. Everything is right there in front of you: drag-and-drop modulation, built-in effects, sequencer functions and even a hidden panel for the more inquisitive. Whether you're composing solo on a table corner or in a more serious studio setup, it adapts to the way you tinker with sounds.
With over 12,000 presets under the bonnet, sortable and taggable to your heart's content via Analog Lab Pro, there's always a sound to match the idea you have in your head (or the one you haven't yet). With just a few clicks, you can stack layers, mix engines, test combinations and, occasionally, come across a patch that makes you want to remake an entire instrument around it.
Arturia's V Collection 11 Pro doesn't cut corners on modern comfort. It's MPE and NKS compatible, DAW-friendly and can be installed without any complicated rituals, so there's no MIDI incantation thread or rereading of instructions. Just click, and it works. And there's the added bonus of built-in tutorials for each instrument. Even those who are reluctant to use the 'Help' tab will find what they're looking for.
And then there are the new additions: Jup-8000 V for euphoric supersaw flights and Pure LoFi, which transforms worn-out noise into a cosy ambience. These additions give the whole package a youthful twist, slipping a hint of sonic irony into an already well-stocked arsenal.
Compared to the previous version, V Collection 11 Pro is full of freshness: 7 new instruments, a beefed-up update to the Augmented series, more presets and a redesigned exploration engine. We're not talking about a simple facelift here, but a complete sound treatment based on modelling and well-calibrated nostalgia.
