MICROPHONE INPUT
The AD2022 incorporates the most advanced processors for microphone and provides a wide frequency response and a very low distortion. The input selector, high pass filter, phase reverse, + 48v power and the 20dB input attenuator were designed to cause minimum phase problems and eliminate unwanted noise.
SYMMETRICAL PURE CLASS A DESIGN
Each channel uses two symmetrical amplifiers, high-voltage, made of 100% discrete components. The first stage operates in a cascode FET, while the second amplifier is bipolar. Both gain amplifiers handle all requests. This architecture increases the reserve capacity (headroom), improves transient response and doubles the internal bandwidth of Pure Class A amplifiers for ultra high performance.
VU METERS AND OUTPUT
The output circuits use Pure Class A amplifiers direct bond, high voltage developed in discrete components to provide levels + 36dB, whatever the load. Two large precision analog VU meters provide an accurate reading of the level. A two-color LED indicates for its signal peaks to 0dB to + 20dB.
