The B&C 12NDL76 16 Ohm loudspeaker, also referred to as 12-NDL76 or 12 NDL 76, is a high-performance solution for all broadcast systems where the combination of light weight, power handling and acoustic efficiency is a priority. With its internal neodymium slug motor, this 12-inch model offers a fast, linear bass and low-midrange response.
Equipped with a 76 mm aluminium voice coil, this loudspeaker can handle up to 800 watts in programme power, while maintaining excellent thermal stability thanks to a ventilated air gap.
Its high efficiency of 100 dB maximises the SPL without placing excessive demands on the amplification. It's the perfect choice for compact two-way speakers or mid-bass cabinets in touring or fixed configurations.
The 16 Ohm version of the 12NDL76 is fitted with an aluminium basket, a double-roller suspension and an exponential profile cone. It offers an extended response from 50 Hz to 2 kHz, perfectly suited to crossover to a 1-inch motor.
Its linearity, combined with low harmonic distortion (thanks to a well-optimised geometry), makes it a reliable, high-performance component in bass-reflex loads of around 40 litres tuned to 65 Hz.
