An 18" speaker like the B&C Speakers 18PZW100 deserves a second life when it shows signs of weakness. With the Recone Kit 18 PZW 100 8 Ohm, you have all the original parts you need for a complete and faithful restoration of the transducer. Diaphragm, spider, coil, suspension: everything is supplied to restore the mechanical and acoustic characteristics of the original model, without deviation.
Designed with professional sound engineers in mind, this B&C 18PZW100 recone kit ensures perfect compatibility with the 8 Ohm version of the loudspeaker. It includes a 100 mm copper voice coil on a fibreglass support, identical to that used in production, designed to withstand up to 2000 W on programme.
The whole unit has been designed to operate under the same conditions as the original loudspeaker: a bandwidth of 37 Hz to 2 kHz, sensitivity of 97.6 dB, and a generous 8 mm Xmax to handle high excursions without distortion.
