Boss - ME-90B

BOSS is once again thinking of bassists, with a B (for bass) version of its powerful ME-90 multi-effects unit.

Benefiting from the latest technologies developed by Japanese engineers, including the AIRD* engine, the ME-90B lets you create YOUR sound through 10 preamps and 6 effects sections featuring 61 of the best BOSS effects.

The most useful effects are represented: compressor, limiter, octave, pitch shift, delay, reverb, phaser, wah, drive and distortion, modulation, not forgetting the expression pedal that lets you control some of them.

The most demanding musicians will be able to fine-tune their sound down to the last detail and save it in one of 36 user memories, in addition to the 36 presets already built into the machine.

Pedal users can also connect their equipment via the integrated effects loop (Send/Return) on the back of the box.

Navigation is designed to be as simple and uncluttered as possible, with 8 switches for browsing the various banks, engaging the effects of your choice, using the built-in tuner and even switching to Manual mode to control the effects chain as if you were in front of a pedalboard.

In terms of connectivity, the ME-90B has plenty to offer, with a 6.35mm jack input, a dual mono/stereo output on 6.35mm jack and a balanced XLR output. You can also connect headphones via the 3.5mm jack and work in silence at any time of day or night.

A USB-C socket lets you connect to a PC/Mac and benefit from Livesets created by users all over the world, or even record the processed signal directly into your favourite production software.

There's also a dedicated port for the BT-DUAL adapter (sold separately) for jamming over your favourite tracks or modifying the built-in sounds.
