Whether you're a fan of James Jamerson or retro soul, this pickup is a groove machine. Under its black cover are Alnico 5 magnets that give each note body, character and great musicality.
Unlike conventional P mics, it's shielded to limit unwanted noise. In the studio or live, the sound is clean, with no annoying hum. What's more, the anti-microphonic wax guarantees zero feedback, even when the volume is turned up a little.
This kit fits directly onto any American Standard Precision. It even includes Billy Sheehan's isolation tubes to absorb vibrations. What's more, it's meticulously handcrafted in New York.
