The FT-X neck pickup, fitted with an Alnico magnet, delivers velvety mids and a warmth that's perfect for blues or R&B. On the other hand, the RT-X bridge pickup delivers brilliant highs and firm attacks. The whole thing remains firmly anchored in a tight bottom end. The result is a classic, clean tone that's never sterile.
With an impressive saturation hold, this set moves from hushed groove to more muscular riffs without flinching. And for fans of mods and fine-tuning: the VLPF potentiometer gives you active control over the tone, so you can adjust the colour of the tone to suit your mood.
Solderless assembly is a real pleasure: no need for a soldering iron, everything is simply connected. A real time-saver for guitarists who like to do their own thing. It all comes together in a compact package, complete with screws, jack, switch and wiring.
