Delivering classic sound and rock-solid reliability, Electro-Voice's guitarist-favorite EVM12L Classic speaker delivers 200W of power with a frequency response ranging from 80Hz to 7kHz. Known for its "big sound," magnificent bass, and incredible stability at extreme volumes, the EVM12L Classic 12" speaker has been a bestseller since its launch in 1983.
Guitarists and bassists love the EVM12L's sound and its ruggedness. Arranged around an eight-spoke die-cast aluminum frame, the speaker features a low-mass, edge-wound voice coil on a laminated polyamide coil former, driven by a 7.3-kilogram magnet structure.
The speaker also features a curvilinear cone and a fatigue-resistant surround. Both the voice coil and magnet structure are vented. This speaker can be front- or rear-mounted.
