Elipson - A2700
The Elipson A2700 is a class D amplifier made in France, offering impressive power and exceptional sound quality. It delivers up to 400 W RMS at 8Ω in stereo mode and 1400 W RMS at 8Ω in mono mode, with a bandwidth of 2 Hz to 60 kHz. Featuring minimal distortion, a 119dB signal-to-noise ratio, and XLR and RCA audio connections, this amplifier is perfect for audiophiles looking for performance and reliability in a single device.
Presentation
This can actually provide up to 400 W RMS at 8 ohms in stereo or 1400 W RMS at 8 ohms if you only connect one speaker output. If you accompany this amp with a pair of 4 ohm speakers, the power developed reaches 710 W RMS. Don't worry, this amount of power will not betray the sound quality in any way with distortion kept to a minimum.
The speaker terminal blocks are compatible with large section cables, banana plugs and forks, widening the possibilities of association with different types of floorstanding or desktop speakers while always offering a very strong impulse response, which allows an immediate response to the dynamics of the music thanks to its class D amplification circuit.
The A2700 model includes a stereo RCA input and an XLR input which allows it to be easily associated with any preamp, note that Elipson recommends association with the Elipson A1 model. A trigger input allows the associated amplifier and preamp to be turned on and off simultaneously for better ergonomics.
The Elipson A2700 amplifier offers impeccable listening quality and a significant dynamic margin which makes all the details of the sound perceptible for a high-end sound experience.
