Equipped with four KT88 tubes, it delivers 2 x 48 W in Ultra-linear mode, ideal for demanding speakers, and 2 x 27 W in Triode mode, favouring a warmer, more textured sound. Its design also incorporates 6SL7 and 6SN7 tubes, ensuring precise and balanced pre-amplification. The CS-88A features an MM phono input, allowing direct connection of a turntable, as well as a Direct-In input, which enables its use as a power amplifier in a more sophisticated hi-fi setup.
