The Elipson Prestige Facet II 34F White Matt is designed for audiophiles, those who want to feel every vibration of a double bass or shudder at the slightest breath in a film. Its new, more rigid and better-damped cabinet drastically reduces parasitic resonance.
This 3-way floorstanding speaker packs a punch: two 250 mm bass drivers for deep bass, two 170 mm midrange drivers for realistic vocal reproduction and a 25 mm silk dome tweeter for finely woven highs. All this is orchestrated by a new audiophile crossover, designed to deliver a fluid, coherent soundstage.
The matt white finish breaks with the traditional codes of imposing speakers: sober and contemporary, it blends naturally into a designer living room. The silver terminals allow bi-wiring or bi-amplification, offering welcome flexibility for high-end installations.
With its 94dB sensitivity, the Prestige Facet II 34F is easily driven by amps from 70W, but shows its full potential with more powerful electronics. It then becomes the beating heart of an ambitious audio system, capable of reproducing all the dynamics of a live concert or the tension of a Hollywood soundtrack.
