Epiphone has teamed up with the Gibson Custom Shop to combine authenticity and vintage in a sumptuous 1959 Les Paul. Based on literally all the elements that marked these Rock n' Roll years, this singlecut is composed of a mahogany body topped with a maple top + AAA flamed veneer, a one-piece mahogany neck, a laurel fingerboard and to top it all off, Custombucker pickups from Gibson USA. It features a mahogany body with a maple top topped with AAA flamed maple veneer, a one-piece mahogany neck with a comfortable rounded '59 medium C profile, long tenon neck construction and a rounded neck shape. R9 "open book" head in the Gibson tradition, a non-beveled pickguard, vintage Epiphone Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons,
Its Tobacco Burst color is highlighted thanks to a VOS (Vintage Original Sheen) finish typical of vintage models.
The electronics are not left out with Gibson Custombucker humbuckers, a Switchcraft selector and jack, CTS® knobs, typical 50s wiring, Mallory capacitors.
