All the know-how of the Gibson Custom Shop is at the service of Epiphone in the manufacture of this 1963 Les Paul SG Custom. Equipped with an authentic Maestro Vibrola vibrato, this SG is also fitted with Gibson Custombucker pickups, hand-wired with CTS knobs and Mallory capacitors. The Classic White color of its mahogany body is highlighted by the VOS finish.
Presentation
Benefiting from ultra-careful manufacturing and a rigorous choice of materials, this guitar is composed of a body made of 2 solid blocks of mahogany, a one-piece mahogany neck glued in the long tenon style, an ebony fingerboard.
The SlimTaper neck profile is a playing highway, very comfortable and allows all types of guitarists to feel instantly at ease.
Neglecting no detail, the beauty, in its Classic White finish, is equipped with 3 Custombucker pickups with gold hoods designed by the Gibson Custom Shop, working in tandem with CTS potentiometers and Mallory capacitors. The Jack input and the switcher are from the Switchcraft brand, they can withstand thousands of hours of plugging and playing.
Lovers of effects and experimentation will be delighted to work on a Maestro Vibrola vibrato, a true replica of the models used in 1963.
