Epiphone - Les Paul Modern Figured Mojave Burst
Epiphone has brought the Les Paul up to date with this Modern Figured series. Featuring a chambered mahogany body, a maple top with AAA flamed maple veneer, a mahogany neck with an asymmetrical profile topped with an ebony fingerboard, it is not far behind in terms of electronics thanks to its ProBucker 2 and 3 microphones as well as a Treble Bleed installed on the volume potentiometers.
Presentation
The Les Paul Modern Figured includes a mahogany body chambered to reduce the weight of the beast but while retaining the typical Les Paul "sound", as well as a neck with an asymmetrical SlimTaper profile and a modern heel to further facilitate access to the treble for ever more fiery solos.
The Epiphone ProBucker 2 and 3 microphones are reminiscent of Gibson BurstBucker microphones for their dynamics and character, but here they are coupled with cabling incorporating a Treble Bleed (no frequency is lost when you lower the volume), a split-coil for more versatility as well as a phase inverter.
Combine this set with a maple top with a beautiful AAA flamed maple veneer, bringing out the Mojave Burst color, and you have in your hands a very versatile and playful guitar.
