The J-45 has been the choice of legendary musicians since its introduction in 1942. Known as The Workhorse, it is Gibson's most famous and popular acoustic guitar model. Epiphone brings us a little 'Inspired by Gibson' J-45 nugget featuring solid wood construction, a comfortable rounded C-shape neck profile, 20 medium jumbo frets, 60s-style Kalamazoo headstock shape and a beautiful Aged Vintage Sunburst finish.

This J-45 has almost nothing to envy its historic big sister Gibson. Bone headstock and bridge saddles, solid woods to help the guitar improve over time, vintage tuners, and a vintage gloss varnish for a great look!

J'aime les "jumbo" à épaules rondes (round shoulder jumbo), type Gibson J-45, autant, sinon plus, que les "dreadnought" à épaules carrées type Martin D (square shoulder dreadnought); cette Epiphone J-45 Aged Vintage Sunburst de la gamme "inspired by Gibson" est une totale réussite en rapport qualité prix. La sonorité est superbe (fidèle à l'originale, évidemment un peu en dessous, vu le prix), tout comme l'agrément visuel, la finition, et le confort de jeu. Toutes les caractéristiques sont remarquables (notamment bois massifs). Totalement recommandée (en particulier à qui voudrait essayer ce type de format folk sans se ruiner).

Rapport qualité prix remarquable. Finition absolument parfaite, belle sonorité. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la guitare est arrivée réglée. Le seul petit bémol concerne le piezo, qui n'est pas fabuleux utilisé en branchement direct sur un ampli ou une sono. Mais avec un préampli acoustique correct, on obtient les sons que l'on veut, et on est au niveau de guitares beaucoup plus chères. Au niveau de l'esthétique, ils auraient pu mettre un pickguard moins épais. Il fait un peu flymo... En tout cas, super achat, je suis très satisfait
