With the Player II Modified Telecaster SH 3-Color Sunburst, Fender revisits its iconic model by integrating innovations designed for today's guitarists.
Its alder body, covered in a glossy polyester varnish, delivers balanced resonance and dynamic attack. The maple neck, with a Modern "C" profile and covered in a silky satin, guarantees optimal playing comfort.
The rosewood fingerboard, with a 9.5-inch radius and rounded edges, promotes fluid bends and expressive playing on its 22 medium jumbo frets.
The SH pickup configuration of this Telecaster provides great sonic diversity. The humbucker pickup in the neck position is both powerful and precise, while the noiseless bridge pickup reproduces the characteristic twang of the Telecaster without any parasitic noise.
A push/pull on the tone potentiometer allows you to split the humbucker to regain the clarity of a single coil.
The hardware has been carefully selected to ensure stability and reliability: locking tuners, a TUSQ nut and a modern six-saddle brass bridge ensure precise intonation and perfect tuning stability.
