The ash wood provides firm bass, airy treble and good sustain, complemented by an African okoumé neck and a walnut fingerboard. It’s impossible to remain indifferent to the natural patterns of the DUS410 Quilted Ash: its quilted ash reveals flowing grain patterns that give this soprano ukulele a particularly expressive look.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the wood also contributes its own sonic qualities, with good sustain, firm bass tones and airy trebles.
The laminated burl ash body is paired with an African okoumé neck and a walnut fingerboard, whilst the walnut bridge and the bone nut and saddle complete the instrument.
Its 12-fret soprano size maintains compact dimensions, making it ideal for playing at home, taking on a walk or simply bringing the instrument out for a few chords.
