This is complemented by a laminated acacia back and sides, which add roundness and a lovely warmth to the mid-range frequencies. Its African mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard offer exceptional stability and a smooth playing experience across the 18 frets.

The distinctive feature of this model is its Soundwave active pickup system. This ingenious technology allows delay, chorus and reverb effects to be generated and modulated directly through the soundbox, whether the instrument is plugged into an amplifier or played purely acoustically.

In terms of ergonomics, an ebony armrest softens contact with the forearm, whilst a bevelled cutaway facilitates access to the high notes without compromising natural volume.
