The Flight 4SB Sammy Turton Tenor ukulele is the perfect addition to your creative space – ideal for working on new arrangements whilst comfortably settled on your sofa, or for recording a video for your subscribers. Developed in close collaboration with the renowned British artist Sammy Turton (4stringboy), this signature tenor model breaks with traditional aesthetics to offer an instrument with a modern and bold look. The artist opted for a predominantly black aesthetic, creating a striking contrast with the exposed wooden elements.

The instrument is crafted entirely from solid wood to deliver absolute clarity and powerful projection to every note you play. The instrument features a solid spruce top finished in a deep, glossy black varnish, paired with a solid rosewood back and sides, whose natural grain shines through the glossy finish.

This choice of wood produces a dynamic sound, rich in the bass and particularly well-defined in the treble. The African mahogany neck offers a stable and comfortable grip, topped with a rosewood fingerboard. To add a touch of visual warmth, caramel-hued heat-treated maple accentuates the body purfling, the soundhole rosette, the headstock and the sculpted cutaway.

The cutaway allows easy access to the highest notes without ever reducing the instrument’s acoustic volume. The modified openwork headstock optimises the tension of the Worth Brown strings, whilst the bone nut ensures precise intonation.

Supplied with a Flight humidifier to preserve its precious woods, it travels well protected in its exclusive black Deluxe case with a velvet lining.
