This combination offers countless new reverb textures and sounds.
The Light Pedal uses extremely sensitive optical sensors that are aimed at different parts of the spring.
The optical sensors detect the subtlest movements on the surface of the spring as the sound waves pass through it.
This method captures far more frequencies, harmonics and textures than a mechanical reverb process.
Optical sensors also enable new effects for spring reverbs such as tremolo, modulation, feedback and added harmonics.
The result is a wide variety of reverb sounds, from the classic to the experimental, and even the purely magical!
