ENGL - E805 Powercube 200

The ENGL E805 Powercube 200 power amp is ideal for you if your sound is already built around a pedalboard, a preamp or a modeller, and you simply lack the power to drive a speaker cabinet. Thanks to its Class D amplification, it delivers up to 200 W into 4 ohms in a particularly compact format. This means you can keep your usual pedals and settings without having to switch to a traditional amp head. The Powercube 200 simply steps in to give your setup the power it needs.

It’s easy to transport alongside the rest of your kit. It can be placed directly on your pedalboard and used with a suitable speaker cabinet, FRFR speakers or a PA system. The 3-band EQ can be switched off if you’re already happy with your sound. If you need to make adjustments on the spot, the bass, midrange and treble controls let you quickly tweak the sound.

The presence control adds an extra adjustment to fine-tune your sound, whilst the Master Volume control allows you to easily manage the output level. This is handy when switching from a rehearsal to a gig or from one speaker to another. The balanced XLR DI output also allows you to send your signal to a mixing desk or PA system. Its power supply, compatible with 100–240 VAC mains, makes it easy to use in a variety of environments.
