The Godin Century Mahogany Cognac Burst is a Canadian-made acoustic guitar, designed for musicians who want a stable, natural-sounding instrument for everyday playing. The solid mahogany top produces a rich tone with natural compression that really comes through when you strum the strings with your fingers or a pick. The sapele mahogany back and sides provide balanced projection, with a sound that remains clear even when playing louder. The high-gloss Cognac gradient finish gives it a warm appearance.

The mahogany neck, combined with the ebony fingerboard, offers a fairly direct playing feel, particularly during fast passages or when playing chords up the neck. The 16" radius helps keep your hand stable as you move between positions, without any feeling of stiffness. The 25.5" scale length provides a little extra tension, which is useful for maintaining precision in rhythm playing.
