The Gretsch Catalina Maple Satin Deep Cherry Burst combines a meticulous design with 7-ply maple construction. The barrels feature 30° bevels for easy tuning and enhanced attack definition. The 2.3 mm steel hoops help to maintain even tension even when hitting hard.
The set includes a 10 "x7", a 12 "x8", a 14 "x14", a 20 "x16" bass drum and a 14 "x5.5" snare drum. Gretsch skins made by Remo provide a reliable sound base right from the outset. The double tom stand makes set-up simple and stable. The bass drum is fitted with rubber-insulated grips to protect the rims. The toms feature the latest version of the GTS system, which lets the drums vibrate freely for a more natural sustain.
The Full Range trigger on the snare drum improves timbral precision. T-Wing screws for easy adjustment. The bass drum legs are telescopic to adapt to different playing positions. The drums have a natural interior that highlights the characteristics of maple.
