Hagstrom - Krona 6 Burnt Blood

The Hagstrom Krona 6 Burnt Blood is a 6-string electric guitar built from mahogany and maple to deliver a warm tone, with enough attack for rock styles. Its mahogany body features a Canadian maple top with a flamed maple veneer, and is joined to a Canadian maple neck via a mortise-and-tenon joint. The Slim C profile allows for natural movement along the neck, with a Resinator™ fingerboard featuring a 15" radius and 22 Medium Jumbo frets. The Burnt Blood finish lends its own visual identity to this Single Cut silhouette.

Two humbuckers – the Agent-X and the Penetrator – then provide a range of tonal colours. The former, positioned at the neck, offers a precise and articulate response; the latter, fitted at the bridge, delivers higher output and a more pronounced attack. The 3-position selector switch provides access to various pickup combinations, whilst the two tone controls feature a push/pull split function to switch from humbucker mode to single-coil operation. Both volume controls also incorporate an R/C circuit combining a resistor and a capacitor.

With its 25.5" (648 mm) scale length, 15" fingerboard radius and Hagstrom Machined Steel Hardtail bridge, the Krona maintains a precise playing feel across the entire neck. The strings run through the body at the bridge, and the Hagstrom Locking Design tuners with a 19:1 ratio help maintain tuning stability. The dual-action H-Expander™ completes the neck design and is one of the technical features that set Hagstrom instruments apart.
