HK Audio - Polar 15 MK2 + Housses

The POLAR 15 MK2 PA system, designed by HK Audio, is aimed at DJs looking for deep bass and wide sound coverage. Its 15-inch woofer provides a solid foundation for electronic music and dance tracks.

For live performances, the six 6-inch midrange drivers and the 1-inch tweeter ensure detailed reproduction of vocals and instruments, with a horizontal coverage of 120°. The aluminium housing minimises resonance, preserving sound clarity as the volume increases, particularly during concerts and events.

The built-in 4-channel mixing desk allows you to manage multiple audio sources without always needing to add an external mixing desk. The combined XLR/jack inputs accommodate microphones or line-level sources, whilst a high-impedance input is suitable for a guitar and an auxiliary input supports DJ equipment or audio players. Switchable phantom power facilitates the use of condenser microphones, particularly for vocals that require precise and nuanced reproduction.

Bluetooth 5.0 makes it easy to stream music wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet. The True Wireless Stereo function also allows you to link two POLAR MK2 systems to achieve stereo playback without a wired audio connection between them, providing wider sound coverage for events.

Digital signal processing allows the sound to be tailored to different contexts thanks to the Music, Voice and DJ modes, the 3-band equaliser and five storable user presets. The delay adjustment also makes it easier to synchronise with a remote main sound system. Finally, the M20 thread integrated into the subwoofer housing accommodates a bar designed for certain stage accessories, including compatible lighting fixtures.
