The Hotone SP-35 Ampero II Press is a 2-in-1 pedal that combines smooth expression control with a built-in momentary footswitch in the same housing. It connects via two independent outputs – one for expression and one for the switch – allowing you to control two different functions simultaneously. It operates without a power supply, which simplifies installation on a pedalboard. The linear potentiometer ensures a progressive and consistent response throughout its full range.
The integrated footswitch provides a distinct mechanical ‘click’ feedback, which is useful for knowing exactly when the action is triggered, even in live performance conditions. For example, you can control volume or an effect with the pedal, whilst activating or deactivating a parameter with the footswitch. It is compatible with devices featuring separate EXP and FS inputs via 6.35 mm TRS jacks. This includes multi-effects units, certain amplifiers and many external control systems.
