The real magic happens with ARC X, the calibration software included. Plug in the supplied MEMS microphone, the speaker analyses your space and automatically corrects the response, balancing your entire system in a matter of seconds. No more mixes that sound great in your studio but bland elsewhere: with the iLoud Precision MTM MKII, what you hear is what will come out everywhere, from the club to the neighbour's headphones. You can even take things a step further by emulating over 20 different types of loudspeaker, so you can test your work as if you had a control room full of monitors at your fingertips.

The DSP-optimised bass reflex port guarantees precise bass that is never slobbery, even at high volumes. The 3 drivers work hand in hand, aligned in time by an internal 96 kHz DSP. The result is a solid stereo image, with each instrument in the right place in space. When you work for a long time, your ears stay fresh, because everything remains legible and natural.

IK Multimédia has even thought about the comfort of placement: the speaker comes with its iLoud Isolation Pods in aluminium, which decouple it from your work surface and reduce the transfer of vibrations. Add to this a vertical directivity controlled at ±50°, and you get stable listening, even when you move slightly in your sweet spot. Built-in DSP controls let you tailor the speaker to your room with different filters and adjustable contours. In short, instead of adapting to your speakers, they adapt to your environment.
