ARTICLE N° 124853
An Art Blue-painted table immediately catches the eye, even before the first string vibrates beneath your fingers. This visual signature already hints at the instrument’s character: warm in the low end, crisp in the high end, driven by a pair of Custom Set Alnico humbuckers that drive distorted riffs just as effectively as they bring out the crystalline nuances of a clean tone.
The body, carved from two pieces of solid mahogany, delivers a woody, organic harmonic richness, perceptible both under the palms and to the ear. The lightweight, quarter-sawn roasted maple neck provides playing stability that is noticeable right from the first frets; its C-shaped profile moulds comfortably to the palm. The Indian rosewood fingerboard, dotted with round white mother-of-pearl inlays, guides the fingers across twenty-two 2.6 mm Medium Jumbo frets, providing ample scope for sweeping bends and block chords alike. The 304.8 mm radius complements this freedom of movement. A high-end PPS nut completes the package, ensuring the guitar stays in tune between vibrato passages, whilst the vibrato itself is fitted in a tremolo configuration for controlled sonic swerves. The locking tuners maintain accuracy despite repeated use.
This Jet Guitars model is at home in rock, blues or fusion genres, where the vibrato becomes a language in its own right. A three-position switch, combined with volume and tone controls, allows you to quickly dial in the desired tone. The D’Addario EXL110 strings fitted as standard and the included Deluxe gig bag round off a package designed for everything from the studio to the stage.
