Electric Guitar Effects

Rediscover the sound of the first Tremolo, the same one that Leo Fender installed in 1960 in his Bandmaster and Vibrasonic amps. The 3 Series Harmonic Trem lets you use Leo Fender's revolutionary effect in a pedal that's much more affordable than a vintage amp! And with its 'Type' selector, you also have access to a JHS version of a harmonic tremolo.

In 1960, Leo Fender installed a circuit in his Bandmaster and Vibrasonic amps called Harmonic Tremolo, which was a mistake because it was a volume effect and not a pitch effect.

Basically, the amp signal was split into high and low frequencies and the output passed from one to the other, creating an effect similar to Uni-Vibe.
