LEHLE - P-SPLIT III

At the heart of the LEHLE P-SPLIT III is a LEHLE HZ transformer that provides galvanic isolation between the two outputs, thus avoiding ground loop and hum problems.

The LEHLE HZ transformer is designed specifically for high-impedance signals, but can also be used to split low-impedance signals without degrading them.
The ISO output delivers the signal in balanced or unbalanced form. You can invert the phase of the ISO output signal using the phase inverter with gold contacts to eliminate any phase cancellations that might degrade the sound reproduction.

In conventional use, the LEHLE P-SPLIT III can be used to split an input signal between two outputs. This means you can connect one instrument to two devices. This could be two amps, or an amp and a mixer or recording system (audio interface + DAW). Thanks to its balanced ISO output, the LEHLE P-SPLIT III is also a very high-quality passive DI box suitable for all types of signal.

Another interesting application is using the LEHLE P-SPLIT III to effectively suppress residual noise.
When two electronic devices are connected together, the creation of ground loops can generate residual noise. In this case, the LEHLE P-SPLIT III is a simple but extremely effective solution: simply connect it between the two devices.

This versatile splitter can also be used as a passive mono summing unit for stereo signals. In this case, simply use the DIR output as a second input. The ISO output provides galvanic isolation between the two devices, eliminating all residual noise.
And there's no need to look for the power connector: the LEHLE P-SPLIT III works without a power supply.
