ARTICLE N° 85234
The Drumlogue has been designed to provide the perfect analogue sound for your beats.
With its new analogue circuits, entirely developed by legendary Korg analogue synthesizer engineer Junichi Ikeuchi (who has already produced the ARP 2600 M, MS-20 mini, ARP Odyssey...), the depth and richness of its sound is taken to a whole new level.

These new analogue circuits (Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Low Tom and High Tom) not only provide a solid foundation for your music, but will also bring out great harmonic richness and thick bass.

Combining simplicity and ease of use, the most important controls for each of these parts have dedicated knobs on the front panel that can be changed at any time, without having to dive deep into the menu, so you can quickly and intuitively fine-tune your sound on the fly.
For further sonic exploration, each part provides a host of other parameters, accessible via the powerful built-in sound editing system.

Last but not least, each Drumlogue part, whether analogue or digital, has a dedicated volume knob that will make your mixing process incredibly fluid.

Digital flexibility:
As the ideal partner for its analogue section, Drumlogue provides 7 digital parts
: 6 sample-based and 1 synthesis-based (Multi-Engine).
The sample-based parts can play any of the PCM banks preloaded on drumlogue. You can also import your own user samples into its memory, making Drumlogue an extremely versatile machine with virtually unlimited sonic possibilities.

For starters, drumlogue's 64 preloaded drum kits will provide you with a wide variety of sounds covering many genres so you can easily get your tracks started.

For additional sounds, samples can be easily loaded into the Drumlogue simply by connecting it to your computer via a simple USB cable and simply dropping your samples into the main memory.

The popular Multi Engine in the Prologue and Minilogue XD is now more powerful than ever. In addition to the Variable Phase Modulation (VPM) and Noise Generator engines, the Multi Engine features a new user-customised slot that can play fully-fledged synth voices that offer vast sonic possibilities never before heard on a drum machine.

Drumlogue synth voices are not simply static waveforms. Custom synths can be built not only to generate sound, but even to implement built-in filters, LFOs, MIDI-controlled polyphony or other parameters is now possible, the only restriction for third-party developers is their creativity (and use of the processor!), giving you unlimited sonic exploration.

Korg has collaborated with popular plug-in developer logueSDK "Sinevibes" to include a brand new "Nano" synth plugin as a factory preset on Drumlogue. This exclusive plugin explores the power behind the extended Multi Engine and will give all users a taste of this new platform.

"Nano" is a fully-fledged virtual analogue synthesiser with a wide range of features and many customisable parameters. The synth engine features two oscillators with optional ring modulation, a 4-pole variable-state filter with soft-clipping distortion, a built-in EG and a built-in multi-waveform LFO.

A true sequencing powerhouse:
The Drumlogue harnesses all its sonic power in an extremely powerful, flexible and easy-to-use internal sequencer.

Tired of the same old beats?
The Drumlogue's 64-step sequencer makes it easy and intuitive to create complex rhythmic patterns and polyrhythms that elevate your music-making process with innovative features like step probability, alternative trigger patterns, micro-shifts per step, per pattern, and much more.

Drumlogue is great both in the studio and live. With its Chain mode, creating long, interesting patterns is simple and clearly displayed. In Loop mode, you can switch between different variations to play your sequence in new and interesting ways.
The Motion and Accent recording functions are intuitive and fast, and if you want to try new things on your track, the Randomization function is there to help. These functions and many others on the drumlogue will support and spice up your live performances!

Send amounts for delay and reverb effects can be set independently for each part, and multiple return points are available.
Master effects allow you to add that final touch to your sound and bring it all together. Master effects can be bypassed by part, allowing the effect to be sent to specific audio parts. A sidechain bus is also available for mastering effects that can make use of it.

In addition to the many and varied Delay, Reverb and Master effects included, drumlogue can also load custom third-party Delay / Reverb / Master effects.

Each effect can implement up to 24 parameters, all easily accessible from a well-organised menu.
