Korg - Minilogue XD

The Korg Minilogue XD is a 4-voice polyphonic analogue synthesizer that fuses the richness of the analogue signal with a powerful, open digital architecture. Designed for musicians, producers and sound designers looking for sonic depth and control, it features a Multi Engine combined with two analogue VCO oscillators per voice, offering a wide range of textures from classic warmth to more daring digital textures.

Each voice features a resonant analogue VCF with overdrive, assignable ADSR envelopes, a versatile LFO (BPM, one-shot or continuous mode) and an intuitive modulation matrix for targeting waveform, cutoff frequency or pitch. The digital effects section adds a unique grain to every sound with 8 types of chorus, modulated delays, spacious reverbs and an open slot for 24 customisable user effects. Everything is controlled via an OLED display with built-in oscilloscope, offering immediate visual feedback on the audio signal and modulations in progress.

The Minilogue XD features four playing modes - polyphonic, unison, chord and arpeggio - with a Voice Mode Depth function that allows the behaviour of each mode to be finely modelled. It also features a polyphonic 16-step sequencer, capable of automating up to 4 parameters simultaneously for each step, an essential function for creating dynamic, expressive lines without leaving the keyboard. The assignable joystick, numerous front-panel controls and adjustable portamento further enhance real-time playing.

The 37-key velocity-sensitive keyboard, combined with comprehensive connectivity (MIDI, USB, CV/Gate, pedal, sync in/out), makes the Korg Minilogue XD a true sound creation centre, equally at home in the studio or in live performance. Compact yet complete, it integrates easily into analogue, modular or hybrid DAW setups. With 500 preset slots (including 200 factory presets and 300 user presets), it offers infinite possibilities for creating, storing and instantly recalling your favourite sounds.
