The Korg Pa1000 is a next-generation professional keyboard arranger designed to meet the needs of the most creative musicians, both on stage and in the studio. It combines an impressive sound palette, a modern touch interface, powerful editing tools and an ultra-flexible arranger section. All in a compact, intuitive and highly customisable format.

Its 61-key semi-weighted keyboard with aftertouch offers enhanced expressivity. Thanks to the EDS-X (Enhanced Definition Synthesis - eXpanded) engine, the Pa1000 delivers unrivalled sonic richness, supported by over 1750 factory sounds, including multi-layered pianos, dynamic drum kits and a wide range of realistic timbres. The quadrupled PCM memory compared with the Pa900 and the native import of WAV, AIFF, AKAI and SoundFont formats take this keyboard into another dimension.

The Pa1000 comes with a TC-Helicon vocal processor, for harmonising, doubling or enriching vocals in real time, and an integrated guitar processor with its own presets. Its effects engine includes up to 148 algorithms, all configurable for styles and individual sounds.

The arranger section features over 430 fully editable factory styles, with 8 backing tracks, assignable pads, scene memories, MIDI-to-style converter and a real-time KAOSS FX function that lets you manipulate arrangements with dynamic gestures. An intelligent chord sequencer can capture harmonic progressions on the fly, useful for live performance or rehearsal.

With its 16-track sequencer, dual MP3/MIDI player with X-Fader and Vocal Remover, the Pa1000 is a truly self-contained performance centre. Its large, tilting 7" TFT touchscreen makes it easy to navigate menus and edit sounds or sequences, while its HDMI output lets you project lyrics, scores or markers onto an external screen.
