Yamaha - PSR-SX720+

The Yamaha PSR-SX720 Plus is part of the current generation of Yamaha arranger keyboards, with a clear focus on real-time performance and versatility.

Its 61-key keyboard with Fast Stroke Balancing technology delivers an even response across the entire length of the keyboard, with precise velocity management thanks to Initial Touch, allowing you to fully exploit the nuances of playing, whether in accompaniment or solo.

The sound section is based on the AWM Stereo Sampling generator, with an extensive library of 1,377 tones. Super Articulation and Super Articulation+ technologies are used to reproduce natural articulations on acoustic instruments, particularly strings, brass and woodwinds.

The package is rounded off by 56 drum kits and full XG compatibility, extending the possibilities for MIDI playback and creation.

For accompaniment, the PSR-SX720+ offers 450 built-in styles with a complete structure including intros, variations, fills and endings. The Style Dynamics Control function provides finer control over the dynamics of the styles, allowing you to adapt the intensity of the accompaniment to suit your playing.

The Chord Looper function completes the package, capturing chord progressions and freeing up the left hand to work on interpretation.

The ergonomics are based on a 7-inch colour touchscreen, combined with directly assignable physical controllers, including a joystick and two Live Control knobs.

This combination provides rapid access to essential parameters when playing. Extensive connectivity, including MIDI, USB and Bluetooth audio, makes it easy to integrate into any stage or production environment.

With its built-in amplification and on-board speakers, the PSR-SX720 Plus can be used as a stand-alone unit, while remaining perfectly suited to use in an external configuration via a PA or audio interface.
