The Sire Larry Carlton J5 White electric guitar is designed to give you a richer, livelier sound than the simpler models in the series. Plug it in and you'll immediately hear a wider, fuller sound. It responds well to the way you play, whether you're playing clean or with a bit of gain.

The alder body gives a natural balance between bass, midrange and treble. You get a clear sound, but with enough substance to stand out in a band. The maple neck with C-profile remains comfortable even after long periods of playing.

The ebony or maple fingerboard, depending on the finish, gives you a faster feel under your fingers. You can string together chords and melodic lines effortlessly. The 24.1 cm radius helps you strike the right balance between comfort and precision.

LC Vintage JM-type pickups provide more body and presence than on the J3. You get a broader sound, especially when you combine pickup positions. The 3-position selector lets you quickly change sound colour.

The vintage vibrato lets you add movement without losing the overall stability of the tuning. The bridge keeps a firm hold while leaving a supple feel when playing. The locking action helps to maintain the tuning even after the vibrato has been used.
