Electric Bass

Sire Marcus Miller D5 4 Strings Vintage White Sire Marcus Miller D5 4-string Vintage White - the solid North American alder body delivers straightforward vintage clarity, the one-piece torrefied maple neck stabilises the tuning over time, and the single-coil D-Bass pickup delivers organic dynamics without electronic coloration.

ARTICLE N° 123393
The Sire Marcus Miller D5 4-string Vintage White is rooted in an uncluttered acoustic logic: the solid body of North American alder in the Sire D Bass shape projects clean highs and a fleshy low midrange, a signature that the passively controlled bass enhances without active filtering. The Marcus Vintage D-Bass single-coil pickup, combined with the Marcus Vintage D-Bass bridge with brass bridges on a steel plate, captures every variation of touch with clear grain and immediate-response dynamics - the kind of voice that cuts through an acoustic mix without cheating.

The construction reflects a sober, straightforward approach to playing. The C-profile, one-piece torrefied hard maple neck has undergone a torrefaction process that drives out residual moisture from the wood and reduces dimensional variations to changes in atmosphere. The Edgeless™ 241.3mm radius, round-edged torrefied maple fingerboard flattens low positions across the entire length of the 34" scale. The 2.4mm Medium frets match this generous playing space, and the 42mm Bone saddle refines the open timbre. The Premium Open-Gear chrome tuners and 19 mm string spacing solidify the architecture without superfluity.

The passive Volume/Tone control and BK Dot markers refocus every decision on the playing itself - a minimal circuit suitable for funk, jazz walking and any stage context where legibility takes precedence over modulation.
