Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar
An electro-acoustic guitar in Grand Concert format, with a finely polished satin finish, the 00-X2E Cocobolo features a spruce top with an elegant abalone-patterned rosette. A new feature presented at NAMM 2024, it is equipped with the now-familiar High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) back and sides in a new cocobolo imitation version. This innovative material provides the X-series instruments with enhanced durability and classic aesthetics, without sacrificing the renowned Martin sound.

The 00-X2E Cocobolo offers clear treble and warm bass, whether played acoustically or amplified, allowing you to play the way you want, wherever you want.
The materials chosen for the neck, fingerboard and bridge have been selected to improve sound and sustain. It features a Martin E-1 electronic pickup and preamp system with built-in chromatic tuner and volume, tone and phase controls.
Introduced during the NAMM Show 2024, the new X-Series models have benefited from playability enhancements such as a thinner fingerboard with a slightly beveled comfort edge, redefined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smoother, more ergonomic playing experience. All X-Series models come with a soft case.
