The Martin & Co 000-10E Retro + bag is aimed at experienced guitarists looking for an instrument that's reliable, expressive and ready to keep up with a fast pace of play. Part of the Road Series, it features the 000-14 Fret format, appreciated for its natural balance between comfort, precision and controlled projection.
The spruce top and sapele back and sides offer a clear response, with a clear mid-range and a dynamic range that's equally suited to fingerstyle and chordal playing. The X-bracing provides effective support for the top and promotes even vibration, while the selected wood neck, with its Performing Artist profile, gives the left hand a fluid, modern feel.
The ebony fingerboard, long 25.4" scale and 44.4 mm nut width all contribute to a precise playability designed for the most demanding guitarists. On the amplification side, the Martin E1 electronics reproduce the acoustic character of the instrument with simple, effective control, ideal for stage or studio.
Its natural satin finish, imitation tortoiseshell pickguard and Martin open gear complete a sober, functional look. Supplied with a semi-rigid case, the 000-10E Retro becomes a consistent partner for playing, travelling and creating in complete confidence.
