Mipro - ACT-545

MIPRO's ACT-545 is a UHF HF receiver designed to accommodate up to four channels in a single unit. It uses the same 24 MHz true diversity narrowband architecture already proven in the ACT-7 series, guaranteeing solid reception even at long distances. This design effectively reduces intermodulation distortion and increases the number of channels that can be used without interference in the same environment.

The front panel features a two-colour backlit LCD display that changes colour depending on whether the receiver is in active or standby mode, making it easy to keep track of what's going on. Navigation is facilitated by a rotary knob and control keys, while the Auto Scan function quickly detects available frequencies. ACT synchronisation ensures direct, precise pairing with the corresponding transmitters in the ACT-500 range.

The ACT-545 features 7 pre-programmed groups, giving a total of 80 available frequencies, plus a user mode that lets you store 16 custom channels from a total of 961. For added security, the system includes exclusive PiloTone & NoiseLock circuitry and an RF interference indicator, helping to adjust the squelch to the optimum level.

In terms of connectivity, each channel has independent XLR and jack audio outputs, with three switchable gain levels. A mix output also enables all the signals to be grouped together in a single link, simplifying certain configurations. With a frequency response ranging from 50 Hz to 18 kHz and a dynamic range in excess of 111 dBA, audio reproduction is clean and balanced. A Dante option is available for integrating the device into a digital audio network.

Housed in a robust 19-inch metal chassis and powered by a 100-240 V AC adapter, the ACT-545 is a complete and reliable solution for environments requiring the management of several transmitters simultaneously.
