The EW-D Smart Assist app makes it easy to manage the system via Bluetooth Low Energy. Its digital UHF transmission operates in the 1785.2 to 1799.8 MHz frequency range, with automatic scanning to simplify setup.

Designed for a wide range of applications, the Sennheiser EW-D ME2/835-S SET (Y1-3) comprises a rack-mounted EW-D EM receiver, an EW-D SK bodypack transmitter, an EW-D SKM-S handheld transmitter, an ME 2 lavalier microphone and an MMD 835 capsule.
This combination allows you to choose between a handheld microphone and a lavalier microphone depending on the situation. The ME 2 clips onto clothing, whilst the MMD 835 capsule is fitted to the handheld microphone. The system uses digital UHF transmission in the 1785.2 to 1799.8 MHz frequency range.
To manage the settings, the EW-D Smart Assist app connects via Bluetooth Low Energy. Automatic frequency scanning helps to find a suitable setting. The system offers 2,240 selectable frequencies, a channel spacing of 600 kHz and a claimed latency of 1.9 ms.
The pack includes the antennas, the power supply with mains adaptors and the rack-mounting kit. Four AA batteries are supplied for the two transmitters. The claimed battery life is up to eight hours with two AA batteries per transmitter.
