The Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 is designed for musicians, producers and composers who want a fluid, intelligent and immersive control interface for their virtual instruments. This 61-key master keyboard combines playing comfort, cutting-edge technology and an extensive software ecosystem, in a format designed for modern production.
Featuring a semi-weighted Fatar keyboard with polyphonic aftertouch, the S61 MK3 delivers precise, dynamic and inspiring expression, equally suited to piano playing or programming evolving textures. The RGB Light Guide, located above each key, makes it easy to identify active zones, splits or articulations, for immediate visual feedback during sessions.
The central interface is organised around a high-resolution (1280 x 480 px) glass colour screen, controlled via 8 rotary encoders, a 4D wheel and a continuous touch zone. This ergonomic design makes it easy to edit parameters, explore presets and browse libraries without touching the mouse.
The S61 MK3 is based on next-generation NKS technology, which enables native integration with Komplete instruments and numerous third-party plug-ins. Smart Play modes offer arpeggios, chord progressions or locked scales to speed up the composition process without blocking inspiration.
Compatible with the majority of DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, etc.), the S61 MK3 also works as a stand-alone unit using the software supplied: Komplete 15 Select, Kontakt, Guitar Rig 7 LE, Stradivari Cello, Hypha, iZotope Elements Suite and Ableton Live Lite, so you can start producing straight away.
Designed to fit in with any studio, it has a host of connections: MIDI In/Out, 4 TRS pedal inputs, USB-C power supply, MIDI 2.0 compatibility with macOS, etc. The robust chassis, anodised aluminium controls and dustproof surface guarantee durability that will stand the test of time.
